The Australian pharmaceutical technology is seeing an increase in lifestyle drug solutions for baldness, impotence, and other aspects of aging. The demand for drugs that help preserve youthfulness has opened a new marketing scheme that may increase health costs. The PBS is much concerned about these developments, but it feels it is in a no-win situation.
