Article Abstract:
Ken Done is the only painter to make BRW's rich list. Despite his talent, he struggles to be taken seriously in Australia. In other countries such as France and Japan, he is admired almost as much as Matisse and Bonnard. Most of his paintings are sold in the US and Europe, but they are also on sale in the Ken Done gallery in Sydney.
