Bill Clinton, ex-president of the United States discusses about the changing face of AIDS treatment over the past 25 years from 2006, and claims that the cost of treating HIV/AIDS has fallen in recent years, but still millions die for the lack of medicine. Some of the efforts laid by him to get the resources necessary to turn back the tide of AIDS in America and to triple the contribution to fighting this global epidemic are presented.
