Equifax gets credit for strategy
Article Abstract:
Atlanta, GA-based electronic information firm Equifax Inc. is known to be a stock market dynamo aside from being the world's leading keeper of consumer credit files. The company through its subsidiaries, are also involved in a range of information-gathering activities such as fraud detection, urine and blood analysis, research on consumer product use and preference and motor vehicle records. The recent faltering of Equifax shares is attributed by analysts to the recent change in investor sentiment to equities and not to internal factors.
