Andrew Fastow former Enron Corp. finance chief, in January 14, 2004, was pleaded guilty on two counts of conspiracy while his wife Lea Fastow to one count of filing a false tax form. Judge Hittner held the plea agreement under federal probation authorities, who conducted a presentence investigation and recommended 10 to 16 months sentence.
