Fistiana has gone software
Article Abstract:
Sports fans and officials of international sports competitions acknowledge that players have an advantage in their own country and in countries that are politically aligned with theirs. Sports where disputes typically arise include figure skating and boxing. Computers are now being used to minimize the home country advantage in boxing. Computerized scoring was first used at the world championships in Moscow in 1989 and is now being used at the 1991 Pan American Games in Havana. In amateur boxing one fighter traditionally wears red and the other wears blue. The five judges sit around the ring with a red button and a blue button in front of each of them. Each judge pushes the button of the appropriate color when a solid hit is scored. At least three of the judges must record the hit for it to be scored. At the end of the fight the computer announces the winner. Although the new system seems more impartial, one fighter has already claimed that judges did not record a substantial percentage of his hits, costing him the fight.

Analysts are disappointed that both retail and direct sales have declined, especially since the competition is doing well in direct sales.
