The Ontario Securities Commission and the United States. Securities and Exchange Commission are likely to renew an agreement, which is referred to as the multijurisdictional disclsoure system. The pact, which has permitted Canadaian firms to raise over $53 billion in the U.S. capital sector, has been endorsed by Canadian Finance Minister Paul Martin.
