The financially-troubled Ste-Therese assembly plant in Montreal, Quebec, which is operated by General Motors of Canada Ltd., remains an open question But GM, which has signed a new auto parts supply contract with Norway's Raufoss ASA, said it will remain a strong force in Quebec.
