Toyota promises custom order in 5 days
Article Abstract:
Toyota Motor claims it can fill an order for a custom-built car within five days, much shorter than the 30-day notice required by most automakers. The five-day capability is also three times faster than that of Honda Motor, which is regarded as the industry's most efficient in order follow-through. Models that can be ordered in the accelerated order program include Solara, the coupe version of the company's best-selling Camry sedan.
