The unemployment rate in Canada of young people aged 15 to 24 is more than 20%, which is twice the national rate of 10.8%. Many college graduates are unable to find jobs related to their education and wind up unemployed or working at low-paying service or manufacturing jobs.

Reducing pains
Article Abstract:
The provincial deficits have increased dramatically since 1968, and the federal government can do little to help. Many social programs are in danger of losing their funding. The federal and provincial governments must work together to avoid a pending debt crisis.
