Edmonton, Canada, is host to one of the largest traveling science exhibitions called 'The Greatest Show Unearthed.' The exhibit features the remains of more than 30 dinosaurs found in the Gobi Desert by a joint Chinese-Canadian research team. The exhibit will move to Toronto in Aug 1993.

Mission improbable: a new crisis besets Russia's error-plagued Mir space station

Russia's Mir space station has had several accidents since Feb 1997, including a fire, an accident during a docking operation and the accidental disconnection of a computer cable. A new crew is scheduled to begin helping Mir become fully operational on Aug 7, 1997.
