Pan Am Games officials ordered Silken Laumann to return her 1995 gold medals when she tested positive for pseudo-ephedrine. Laumann, who had a cold during the games, had taken Benadryl Decongestant Allergy, which contains pseudo-ephedrine. She had intended to take a form of Benadryl that does not contain ephedrine.
