Laying Enron to rest

Article Abstract:

Enron Corp once a fledgling company with a great future collapsed five years ago in 2001 and went bankrupt. Enron's former CEO Ken Lay and Jeff Skilling were convicted on charges of fraud, conspiracy and corruption which led to bankruptcy of Enron leaving thousands of workers in tatters and millions of stockholders penniless.

She's a criminal? Give me a break

Article Abstract:

Martha Stewart's attempt of manipulating the stock price of her company, ImClone, is not considered as a criminal offense. It is felt that the punishment imposed on Martha would have been appropriate had the government charged her for cheating people, or some other real crime.
