Many diseases and illness of aging may be delayed by lifestyle changes such as biofeedback, meditation, yoga and t'ai chi. Anti-aging habits may be applied at any age. Key factors are contentent, exercise, normal weight, no smoking, low alcohol intake, good medical care and laughter.
