The 29th annual International Cervantino Festival takes place in Guanajuato, north of Mexico City, in October 2001, and features a large number of artists and performers from Australia and New Zealand. Some of the artists featured are the Sydney Dance Company, New Zealand actress Madeleine Sami, and musicians Roger Woodward and Don Burrows.

Ferran Adria is a chef with the three-star restaurant El Bulli that is on SpainEs Costa Brava, 200Km north of Barcelona, since its inception in 1983. Adria developed the foam creations where nitrous oxide is used to produce a range of aerated sauces such as celery foam and coco foam to give the image of fast food a complete makeover.

Article Abstract:
Since the early 1990s, Indian dance music, much of it developing from the very popular Bollywood films, has become very big, even cool, in suburban Australian dance clubs. A more modern Indian dance sound, known as Asian Underground in the UK where it is almost mainstream, is slowly moving in.
