Canadian cigarette makers plan to take a gradual approach toward the reintroduction of advertising in the wake of the Canadian Supreme Court's 5-4 ruling that overturned Canada's tobacco advertising ban. Neither RJR-Macdonald nor Imperial Tobacco plans an immediate marketing blitz.
