Aboriginal actress Leah Purcell is writing the pilot for a television series called 'Coloured Inn' about 3 Aboriginal women. ABC-TV is interested in producing the program. Purcell wrote and performed the popular one-woman show, 'Box the Pony.' The show's script has just been released in book form, and the theme song is likely to spawn its own film and book.
