No frills' takes flight

Most of the airlines in Asia have monopolies and do not like any whiff of competition. Air- Asia started flying out of Kuala Lumpur quickly and became cheapest of the cheap airline in the world which has changed the airline culture by cabin attendants being trained to handle everything from first aid to baggage and this no frills formula is to make the customer fly at a low cost.
