Non-proliferation regime
Article Abstract:
The nuclear arms control treaties were created as early as 1963. The assurance of global peace is dependent in the efficiency of these treaties to carry out rules and guidelines. However, the success of these treaties has yet to be seen. The 1963 Limited Test Ban Treaty has failed to lessen the scheduled underground tests by the US. The 1968 Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty has met with opposition because many countries felt its guidelines were faulty and biased. The US, for one, has constantly sought ways to circumvent the treaty on export control of nuclear arms.

Assessing ESOPs
Article Abstract:
Employee stock ownership plans (ESOP) are not yet fully understood by many companies in spite of their various uses and advantages. ESOPs are seen as opportunities for business continuity in private companies, since selling owners can sell all or part of their company and receive substantial tax benefits. Moreover, they can effectively hone a company's competitive edge by making the employees more concerned with a company's success while being more active in its daily operation.
