Olympic ring-a-ding
Article Abstract:
Negotiations for the 2000 Olympic games in Sydney, Australia, and the treatment of Olympic officials are marked by bribery and extravagant hospitality. Inspection officials spend little time in performing official duties but receive unwarranted payment for their work. The corruption does not end with the naming of an Olympic site. It continues during the preparation of the games and during the games themselves.
