The ASIS is the most secretive organization responsible for gathering foreign intelligence and a secret department within the Department of Foreign Affairs. The achievements and failures like lack of information in case of Bali bombings are examined. The aim of the ASIS officers living overseas is to convince people in foreign governments and armies to hand over sensitive or secret information.
