Does the United States need a new political party in 1996?
Article Abstract:
One view of the two major political parties is as peddlers of a fantasy future. The parties do not have the ability to balance the budget and restore economic order, so a third-party candidate is needed to inform America of this deceit and corruption. Another view is that the two major parties are stable, performing better than before, and are held accountable for their records. Ross Perot has made meaningless promises, without stating specifics of what he would do differently.

China's political future
Article Abstract:
China is facing critical political changes with the inevitable transfer of power among Chinese leaders. Some Chinese politicians who hold the view that China is invulnerable may endanger the nation by not recognizing possible threats to national security and failing to apply the proper measures to ensure protection. Already, internal conflicts are endangering national stability with the southern provinces contesting the control of Beijing over them.
