Article Abstract:
Rockwood Institution, a minimum security jail, in Stony Mountain, Manitoba, has a controversial treatment program for sex offenders that seeks to return them to society. The program does not segregate the sex offenders from the rest of the inmates and tries to make sex offenders confront their own guilt.
