Christopher Lydon hosts a nationally syndicated radio broadcast from upstate Boston two hours each weekday morning called "The Connection." He is a fluent and erudit host who follows through on a story to shed some light father than trying to referee a cockfight style show. Lydon devoted five or six programs to the Russian economic meltdown to provide background.
