Increasing numbers of people across North America are developing an interest in Tantric sexual techniques, and Western adaptations of those techniques, which promise to improve intimacy, vitality and sexual fulfillment. Tantra, which originated in India, is a mix of yoga, ritual and meditation.

The exhibit 'Press Enter: Between Seduction and Disbelief' explores the changing relationship between art and technology. One of the major themes of the exhibit is the anxiety people feel towards new technologies. Six Canadian artists are represented including Sylvie Belanger.

Eating right: new research points the way to a proper diet for health-conscious Canadians

Article Abstract:

Many Canadians seemed confused about the various conflicting nutritional reports they read about in the media. However, most nutritional experts agree that people should eat more vegetables, fruit, soy and whole grains, while consuming less meat and fat.
