CAE Inc., a maker of flight simulators, has continued its expansion into aviation training by entering the business jet industry with the acquisition of SimuFlite Training International Inc. from GE Capital Commercial Equipment Financing for $360-million.

Corel agrees to takeover bid from Vector Capital
Article Abstract:
Ottawa, Ont.-based Corel Corp. will be acquired by San Francisco, Calif.-based Vector Capital Corp., which is a venture capital company, for $97.6 million. Corel, which is a graphics software manufacturer, was founded by Michael Cowpland in 1985.
