SaskTel on the line: Canada's last public phone firm may vanish

Saskatchewan may follow the lead of Manitoba and Alberta and eventually privatize the Crown telephone system SaskTel. Although SaskTel regularly earns 12%-15% return on equity, industry analysts say increasing competition makes deregulation a viable alternative to government control.
