Sleeping sickness

Science still doesn't understand why humans sleep, but it understands what happens when people do not get enough sleep. A good night's sleep is as important to good health as diet and exercise. As daily life becomes more stressful, not only the amount, but the quality of people's sleep decreases. Sleep deprivation studies have proven the danger of workers doing their jobs on insufficient amounts of sleep.
