The Martensville scandal

Police in Martensville, Saskatchewan have levied a total of 172 charges against nine area residents after a long investigation into allegations of child abuse. The crimes were alleged to have been committed at a baby-sitting center and farm against children aged 2 to 12.

'The system failed us.' (wrongfully convicted David Milgaard) (Interview)

John Milgaard was recently released from prison in Manitoba after spending 23 years in prison. Milgaard was wrongfully convicted of murder in 1969. Milgaard criticizes the Canadian justice and penal systems.
