A legal substance marketed as herbal ecstasy has become popular among the rave set in Canada and elsewhere. The herbal stimulant, which users claim is safer than the illegal drug MDMA, is believed to include such ingredients as guarana, Ma Huang, and Yohimbine.

Londono was a poor Colombian before he became the biggest cocaine smuggler in Canada's history. He eluded arrest in 1989 and is reportedly living in Medellin and the Magdalena Valley of Columbia. His ascension in the drug world is recounted.
