An Australian photographer recorded ghastly scenes of American soldiers setting alight Taliban bodies in Afghanistan. The condemnation is swift from human rights groups and Islamic clerics as their religion bans cremation, the US military issuing an immediate press release stating the incident will be investigated thoroughly and distributing 19,000 cultural sensitivity cards to their troops in Afghanistan about instructions on how to treat the enemy dead.
