The secret boom: our underground economy

The 100,000 member Canadian Taxpayers' Federation and other citizen groups are protesting the proposed wealth tax in British Columbia. The tax would assess a four or five percent tax on assets. When people are taxed too severely, they will revolt or participate in the underground economy.
