Four years after US President George W. Bush declared a global war on terror in response to the 9/11 attacks, there seems to be no end in sight and al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden remains as elusive as ever. The US, Britain and Australia, unable to even agree on the definition of terrorism, are fighting a war they cannot win against an unidentifiable.
