Article Abstract:
Patrizia Reggiani, the former wife of fashion designer Maurizio Gucci was found guilty of murdering her ex-husband and sentenced to 29 years in prison. Gucci left his wife and two daughter in 1988. Less than five months after announcing his intent to remarry and reduce Reggiani's $860,000 alimony, Gucci was shot to death. Most of Reggiani's accomplice plead guilty to their role in the murder.

Macedonia tries to cope
Article Abstract:
Neither NATO nor the governments of countries neighboring Kosovo expected such a large influx of Albanian refugees. Albanians entering Macedonia from Albania and Kosovo do not return to their homes because the economic situation is better in Macedonia. If NATO sends in ground troops to fight in Yugoslavia, the danger of war spreading to Macedonia will be increased.

The arrest of Slobodan Milosovic will not be the end of Serbia's problems. It is suggested that a far greater obstruction to peace in central Europe is the threat of Albanian extremism seeking independence for Kosovo.
