Choosing a fund? First, choose your rating
Article Abstract:
A number of research organizations such as FPG Research, Assirt, InvestorSource, and Van Eyk Research rate managed funds. These ratings are produced for financial planners who choose the best companies for their clients. InvestorSource is the only group that sells its ratings to the public. Furthermore, the information provided by these groups vary, which could result in advisers recommending those companies that their particular list recommends.
