How the big three compare on manager compensation

The criteria of compensation paid to the managers by the big three companies Vanguard, Fidelity and American are assessed. Vanguard relies on the functioning of the fund and not on asset development whereas Fidelity relies on the performance of managers functioning and American score the performance of managers on the basis of their long term performance.
