In the offing: higher reverse-mortgage limit

A new reverse mortgage is being created by the Federal National Mortgage Assn. The mortgage is expected to be available by 1995 and to have a $200,000 lending limit. Such mortgages allow older homeowners to make use of the equity built up in their homes.
