Now you've decided to sell, who do you call?

Article Abstract:

It is not difficult in Australia to sell investment shares. Some people have gotten into the stockmarket without going through a broker, but a broker is needed to sell. Brokers are interested in helping the investor, according to Charles Moore, head of private client investment services at Ord Minnett, broking firm (brokerage). Asking friends or family for the name of a broker they have used is one good approach. Calling the Australian Stock Exchange is another. There are discount brokers as well as full-service brokers and fees vary.

Home sweet home business

Article Abstract:

Home businesses are appearing all over Australia, but it is a good idea to do research before setting up such an enterprise. There are 765,000 people working in 493,400 home-based businesses in the country, many based on activities those involved in them enjoy. Pricing the product or service needs should be carefully considered, as should being isolated from others in the workplace, which some do not like. Insurance to cover disability is important.

The right advice, the right adviser

Article Abstract:

The process of finding a financial adviser is often more difficult than any other business initiative. Women face more difficulties because of societal stereotypes and attitudes about women and money. A survey found that women often seek the advice of friends and relatives before looking for a financial adviser. However, financial advisers believe every individual has different financial needs and women should choose what is best for them.
