SmartTax and QuickTax
Article Abstract:
Australians who completed electronic tax returns for themselves in 1997 are likely familiar with QuickTax from Intuit and and Smart Tax from Mysterious Pursuit. The programs have been on the market for several years and have enjoyed strong growth. The applications are not very different, both being essentially electronic versions of the annual TaxPack of the tax office. There are software products for Macintosh users.
