Article Abstract:

The fundamentals of property trusts are analyzed. The reasons for variation of returns from these trusts are also explained taking the examples of Bunnings Warehouse and Australian Education Trust. Australian Education owns the properties from which ABC Learning Centers run their child-care centers. The growth prospects of these trusts are forecasted based on their contracts.
