New Hampshire's Public Utilities Commission has ruled on Freedom Energy Co.'s request to use Public Service Company of New Hampshire's transmission facilities to deliver power to its customers. Under the ruling, Freedom Energy Co. will only satisfy requirements for a public utility if its proposal would be found to be in the public interest.
