The optimal choice of climate change policy in the presence of uncertainty
Article Abstract:
Research was conducted to investigate alternative climate change policies under uncertainty using an optimal intertemporal behavior-based integrated climate-economy model and to find out the similarities of its results with earlier analyses. Findings show that uncertainty should not be ignored because it could cause inefficient policy recommendations. Dealing with uncertainty leads to more precise policies and options for taxes over rate controls.

Simulating coalitionally stable burden sharing agreements for the climate change problem
Article Abstract:
For simulating cooperative game theoretic aspects of global climate negotiations, a CLIMNEG world simulation (CWS) model is introduced. This optimal growth model is derived from the seminal multi-region economy-climate RICE model of Nordhaus and Yang.
