What about Africa
Article Abstract:
The growing energy demand in Africa represents a potential investment for independent power producers. Aside from Africa's rich resources and growing population, its energy regulatory environment has become favorable for foreign energy companies. However, despite the aggressive move by the US investors into Africa's power sector, other foreign companies have been slow to get involved mainly because of perceived instability and corruption, unfamiliarity with business practices and lack of financial resources.
