Views of the blackout
Article Abstract:
According to the Department of Energy (DOE), the blackout, which took place on 14th August 2003, was due to the several problems arising at the same time, which led to the major incident. It is also agreed that the electric transmission and the delivery systems will be improved to avoid such blackouts in future.
