Collective rights and individual autonomy
Article Abstract:
Collective rights for aboriginal peoples, national minorities and other subcultures within modern nation-states are discussed as a task of reconciling these rights with proper respect for individual autonomy. It is observed that the collective freedom argument justifies the significance of the distinction between externally imposed non-externally imposed cultural changes.

On a moral right to civil disobedience
Article Abstract:
An argument is presented that the citizens of a liberal-democratic state have a right for political authority and enjoy a moral right to engage in acts of constrained civil disobedience. Findings reveal that if this argument is successful then it would demonstrate that the public disobedience consists of a right to claim and a right to do wrong.
