Pharmaceutical corporations and the duty to aid in HIV/AIDS epidemic
Article Abstract:
The moral responsibility of multinational pharmaceutical corporations producing medicines against AIDS in helping ease the burden of the epidemic in less developed countries is studied. These companies have a responsibility in helping fight AIDS in these countries, partly because they depend on these countries for markets and labor.

Are state anti-takeover laws ethical?
Article Abstract:
State anti-takeover laws are found to be unethical as these laws contribute to inefficiency, allocate resources haphazardly at best, and are political tools used to secure re-election or to maintain one's place on a company's board of directors. The ethical aspects of the state anti-takeover laws are discussed.
