The morality of corporate downsizing
Article Abstract:
A debate on the many acts of corporate downsizing that are morally neutral and morally justified than those argued by Orlando or Miller is presented. It is concluded that downsizing does not directly cause harm any more than failing to take in the homeless and it does work in some cases, enabling it to be a viable management option.
