Does new media software improve MPA student performance?

Article Abstract:

The use of the latest instructional software increases the productivity and quality of performance of Public Administration graduate students. These software are hypertext-based, multimedia authority software programs designed as instructional media. The better class results of students exposed to the software confirms the Cognitive Flexibility Theory (CFT). CFT states that the software helps students form more concrete cognitive pictures of the discipline which they can easily use for analysis and application to other disciplines.
