According to Chesterton's Ian Fox, whose company conducted research into the matter, the expiry of the leases could result in new opportunities, with tenants moving buildings and some taking up spaces at business parks. According to FPDSavills' Ian Reid, there is concern about the expiry adding to the number of properties on the market.
