Surveying cyberspace

Article Abstract:

The Internet has to be used to be understood and its power cannot easily be described. Real estate can be marketed through the Internet and interested parties can obtain pictures of buildings. There is a home page for an organization called RICS which linked those involved in construction, surveying and real estate world wide. Property Wave gives access to real estate information useful for relocations. Home pages have also been set up by universities and may prove relevant to the real estate industry.

Search and deploy

Article Abstract:

Using the Internet can be extremely productive for business and personal life but it should be used with restraint to avoid wasting time. The choice of the most appropriate Internet service provider (ISP) is important therefore advice from other users may be helpful. Most ISPs allow unlimited use of the Net for a fixed fee. Search engines can be used to extract information and by limiting the area of a search they will be far more productive. Larger businesses avoid time wasting by utilizing the services of a few staff, who have been specifically trained to use the Internet.
